Responsibilities
  • Visiting construction sites on daily basis & collecting required Data like construction site address, photographs, stage of construction, owner, contractor, Engineer or any influencer details, materials used in construction sites.
  • Flexible to work in mobile application & reporting the day to day activities in mobile application.
  • Registering the influencer in respective headings listed in websites & make sure hassle free deal closer between Influencer and Dealer.
  • Make sure all marketing hand outs, technical details of products are reached to all dealers in regular frequency.
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
  • Handling cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Working on customer referrals & closing the deal.
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
  • Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
